Community Education

Health education programs, health promotion resources, caregiver education and so much more.

As a part of our mission to keep seniors healthy and independent, Independence at Home (IAH) offers a wide range of community education programs to older adults and their caregivers. These programs are specifically designed to provide the tools to encourage healthy aging and healthy lifestyles. Through lectures, workshops, health promotion resources, health screenings and more, we connect directly with community members to promote health awareness and helpful resources – all at no cost! We invite you to explore our various events.
